We accept returns on damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery. Sorry that we are not able to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. To be eligible for return, the goods and packaging must be in the condition as received. Please see our terms and conditions for full details or our returns policy.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Please email us at [email protected] to report details of any damaged or defective items (please include a photo as this will help us understand the issue and respond sooner)
- We will reply to confirm how the goods are to be returned
- Please prepare the goods for return, with their original packaging
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, and confirming they were eligible for return, we will order a replacement item, or issue a refund within five business days
We kindly ask that you choose items carefully before ordering. All items are ordered from our suppliers specifically for a customer’s order, and we do not hold stock in our warehouse. So once an order has been paid it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
